I have installed 32 bit Oracle on a 64 bit Windows Server 2003 machine. I want to update the Oracle software to 64 bit version. What is the process I need to go through to do this? Can I use the Database Upgrade Assistant to accomplish this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The Metalink note talks about migrating from one server to another. Is there a process to upgrade the existing install?

Isn't it the same thing?
You just have to install the 64bit software in a new home, don't need to copy the database files and follow the same steps.
