The Oracle Application (Web) Server is not available on OS390.

For one of my previous projects, I've written an OWA-like (OWA=Oracle Web Agent) program in C. It allows developers to write standard MOD_PLSQL programs and run them on Open Edition from a Web Server like IBM WebSphere. Performance was reasonable but the program was never tested under heavy load. If you are interested, I can mail you the source code.

Best regards.
